By the way, my opinion of Danica hasn't changed.
Not a huge surprise. I said if she drove well, she could change my opinion. She obviously had a good car, qualifying on the pole proofed that, but she did nothing with it while she’s was still in the race. She worked her way up to the front a couple times, but considering she was working with Stewart and Junior, 2 of the best super speedway drivers in the field, she should have been able to...

blinkyxx reblogged your post: Holy shit. Danica’s on pole for the Nationwide race? I was surprised too, then again, there were times in the IndyCar Series where she’d start on pole and quickly fade away. There’s a chance she may find that stock car racing was her true calling this whole time, but I’m not holding my breath. That’s a good point. This isn’t exactly...

Holy shit. Danica's on pole for the Nationwide...
Even as a Danica hater, I gotta say I’m impressed. Yes, it’s Daytona, and earning a pole doesn’t really mean a lot, but it proofs she has a good car, if she can keep it in one piece and maybe get her Cup owner, Tony, to work with her, she might come out with a chance to win… This is her chance to change my opinion. We know she has a fast car, if she doesn’t do...

blinkyxx reblogged your photoset: heavens2betsy: Danica’s wreck today. Thank… What gets lost here is if this happened in a last-gen IndyCar, Patrick would be re-learning to walk Hell, even a pre-COT car, she’d probably be in the same situation. It’s scary watching a car hit that hard, but in my opinion, watching these new-gen cars crash, especially in slow motion, is one of the...

jkaizen asked: It took me awhile, but I finally found the league. The links you posted only sent me to an overview of all of the leagues so I head to do some searching for "Mello Yello." Anyway, my team name is SeobSeobSeob and I hope we can get those other spots filled up soon. Thanks!

Still need more people for the fantasy league.
C’mon people, there’s 120+ of you, I can’t find 7 people who want to play fantasy NASCAR? There’s still another 5 spots available for a minimum 8-team league.  If you join, make sure you message me on Tumblr to let me know which team is yours. If you want all the information about it, you can go back to my original post. ...

You all just witnessed the exact reason why no...
He saved a race car that was all but wrecked twice in one night, then made one hell of a move to win. If you doubt Kyle Busch’s abilities, you need to watch that race again, because you obviously went blind in the past 2 hours. He’s the best race car driver in NASCAR right now and I don’t doubt he’s the only one who could have saved that car once, let alone twice.

I’m so excited to see Vitaly back on the grid. I wasn’t a big fan of Jarno in the first place.

neverlosethefeeling reblogged your link: Baltimore race set to continue WTF?!?!!? SRB continues the slew of bad decisions. A bad decision? I don’t get people who oppose Stephanie Rawlings-Blake for the Baltimore Grand Prix. I mean, I know I’m biased as a Maryland race fan, and not totally into politics, but I think the BGP was the 2nd best decision by a Maryland politician that...

More experimentation for IndyCar Ovals →
After Texas experimented with twin racse last year and have since gone back to a one-race format, it’s time for another oval track to experiment with something new. This year’s Iowa race will include three heat races in lieu of a qualifying session. One heat will set the top 10, another the inside row from 11th on, and the third setting the outside row from 12th back. Starting...

I can't even keep up with the F1 unveils today.
Red Bull, Toro Rosso, Sauber. Plus the Lotus E20 is testing at Jerez. Now is when I don’t like working, I feel like I’m missing so much. And I just have to say, I’m over the duckbill, but the Sauber livery this year, yuck. I liked the grey as an accent, but having half the car painted in it is not a good look. Not to mention they picked such a weird place for the grey, on the...

I'm setting the blog's NASCAR fantasy league up...
Not sure who to go through, Yahoo or NASCAR.com. I’m leaning towards NASCAR.com, but I have no experience with them at all, I don’t really know if there’s much difference between the two. Anyone have any preferences? Have any good/bad experiences with either site in the past?

I'm still planning on doing NASCAR fantasy this...
I keep waiting for NASCAR.com to get its act together and update their fantasy page, which still hasn’t happened. I’m hoping they’ll get it up and running soon because I’d really like to set the league up as soon as possible to get as many of you followers, that want to play, signed up. Just wanted to let everyone know that I didn’t forget, because I know I had some...

Do I even need to say anything about Bruno Senna...
No? You’ve heard already? So has the rest of the world. I have to say, I feel bad for Rubens. It’s sad knowing I most likely won’t see him race in F1 next year. And if I do, he’ll be with a crappy team, and that’s even more sad.

It’s about time the Legge announcement was made, she kept teasing it but nothing came of it. And I’m really glad to see that Bourdais actually has a full-time ride this year.
